Nicole Robinson-Helmus (owner)

Nicole is certified in fitness, yoga, meditation, wellness, social emotional learning, reiki, sound healing ayurveda, and has an MBA in Finance & Marketing. She has always had a passion for fitness and wellness and a drive to create change and serve the community. Her purpose is to elevate light and positivity so people can thrive and be their highest self and communities can be healthier and stronger. Her belief is that It all starts with you! For someone to be healthy they need to be so physically and mentally. Here at Level Up Glen Cove, she and her team motivate individuals to Level Up and be their best selves.

We are all destined for greatness, but you only get there when you Level Up! One of her favorite books is the “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success” by Deepak Chopra

Cassie Sullivan (COACH)

Cassie has been in gymnastics since she was 8 years old and has also taught gymnastics. Level Up might be next! She is very instrumental in assisting in the Level Up Youth program. The youth loves her as much as we do. She’s super flexible. We don’t think she has any bones (lol). She always motivates, encourages and pushes people to Level Up. She has transformed from this quiet person to a powerful force that just inspires you. She has her masters in counseling adolescents and always inspires people to believe in themselves. Cassie's favorite quote is "What seems impossible today will one day become your warm-up!" - Unknown

Scott Reo (instructor)

Scott has 20 + years experience in nutrition and personal training. He has a M.S. in Fitness Nutrition & Exercise Science from City University at Queens College, ISSA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA DNA Based Nutrition Coaching Certified and FMS - Functional Movement Screening (Level 1 and 2 certified ) and NCAA College Scholarship Athlete and a Semi Pro Baseball Player! Scott is also the instructor for the Level Up Youth program. Scott’s favorite quote is.. “EVERY DAY YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW YOURSELF… TO BECOME BETTER PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. WORK HARD, TRAIN HARDER, AND MAKE EACH DAY COUNT”

Abtin Sabouri (instructor)

AAPTE certified personal trainer. He loves strength & conditioning training. He loves to motivate you and show you how to Level Up your workout! He has interned at Friends Academy as an assistant strength coach. He is also in school majoring in exercise science. He is full of energy and gives great fitness advice to everyone in his class. He loves archery and hiking. His favorite quote is "Quality is not an act, it is a habit" - Aristotle.

Jamie Aronson (instructor)

Jamie has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He is a black belt in kickboxing & taekwondo. NASM certified personal trainer, competitive body builder & has 2 national certifications in fitness. Two of his greatest passions are fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals. Jamie feels being a trainer is a perfect marriage of both of these goals! Get ready to level up your boxing!
