This is a fun, safe program to teach youth exercises and to build a sense of community and confidence within them. It will show youth how to do exercises properly and with the correct form. Some of the classes will be sports-specific to align with sports activities they may be engaged in within their social groups. Having the correct form and alignment is important to reduce injuries. They will also do strength, conditioning, and agility exercises to build endurance.  We will go over the goal with the parents for their child. 

The trainer Scott Reo, is certified in personal training, group fitness and in nutrition. He has been training adults and children for over 20 years and has also played semi pro baseball. He also holds a masters in exercise science and nutrition.

His assistant Coach Cassie Sullivan, has been in gymnastics since she was 8 years old and has taught gymnastics. She believes in living a healthy lifestyle and it all starts with fitness 

This dynamic duo has created a fun but challenging workout for this program. 

The class will meet Monday & Wednesday at 4:30pm
