Nicole is certified in fitness, yoga, meditation, wellness, social emotional learning, reiki, sound healing ayurveda, and has an MBA in Finance & Marketing. She has always had a passion for fitness and wellness and a drive to create change and serve the community.

Her purpose is to elevate light and positivity so people can thrive and be their highest self and communities can be healthier and stronger. Her belief is that It all starts with you! For someone to be healthy they need to be so physically and mentally. Here at Level Up Glen Cove, Nicole and her team motivate individuals to Level Up and be their best selves.

We are all destined for greatness, but you only get there when you Level Up! One of her favorite books is the “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success” by Deepak Chopra.

Cassie Sullivan

Instructor

Cassie is a certified personal instructor and has been in  gymnastics since she was 8 years old and has even taught gymnastics. Level Up might be next! She teaches total body classes at Level Up and is  very instrumental in the Level Up Youth program. The youth loves her as much as we do. She’s super flexible. We don’t think she has any bones (lol). Being a competitive and athlete is in her DNA. She always motivates, encourages and pushes people to Level Up.

She has transformed from this quiet person to a powerful force that just inspires you. She has her masters in counseling adolescents and always inspires people to believe in themselves.

Jamie Aronson

Instructor

Jamie has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He is a black belt in kickboxing & taekwondo. NASM certified personal trainer, competitive body builder & has 2 national certifications in fitness. Jamie teaches the boxing classes at Level Up where you will learn the proper form and how to Level Up your boxing!  He is also a motivational speaker. 

Two of his greatest passions are fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals. Jamie feels being a trainer is a perfect marriage of both of these goals! Get ready to level up your boxing! 

Richard Bottone aka Richie!

Instructor

Richie has 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry. He has certifications from AFAA. His holds certifications in group fitness and spinning. He loves teaching HIIT, cardio, strength training and Reebok step aerobics. Richie loves encourages members to push their limits and that they can always overcome their fears. Richie is high energy and very compassionate about fitness. From the moment his class starts, you are in for an adventure.

Lorraine Brown

Pilates & Yoga Instructor

Lorraine is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. Lorraine is also training to be a Reiki practitioner.  She also has her masters degree in occupational therapy and works full-time at Northwell Health .

Lorraine enjoys working with people of all ages to improve their physical and mental well-being. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and hanging out with her family.

Kaia Gianino

Instructor

Kaia Gianino "Cobra" is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified instructor with certification in sports performance enhancement specialist, nutrition and weight loss, youth performance exercise, and a specialist in corrective exercise. Kaia also has a degree in exercise science.

Kaia is also a Professional MMA fighter, New York State Champion Kickboxer, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu purple belt and named international world champion 4th degree black built in Kajukenbo and Kempo Karate.

Kaia is passionate about health & fitness. She has over 17 years experience, she's hard-working with a love for holistic living, alternative remedies, exercise and martial arts.
